Hey, everyone. I know that I haven’t been responding to many visitor emails as of late and I apologize for that. I’ve been working on a couple of projects on the side, including one that I hope to announce to all of you soon, so, as a result, I’ve been slacking on addressing the emails that have been sent to me. I’ll get better with that going forward.

The email below is from one of my Platinum members who is planning to apply to business school this coming Fall. He met one of my classmates from Stanford GSB a few … Read the rest

The article linked below is from the Stanford GSB Monthly Newsletter and describes some really interesting research from Professor Edward Lazear, who is a world renown labor economist and a former Chair of the U.S. Council of Economic Advisors under Pres. George Bush.

Before I go into detail about the article, I must say that Prof. Lazear is a BEAST when it comes to the world of Economics…seriously, this guy is an absolute legend. I didn’t realize how big of a deal this man was until after I graduated from the GSB. In hindsight, I really wish I’d taken a … Read the rest

What’s good, folk. On Friday, I found out from one of my admissions clients that Stanford GSB started has started sending out Round 2 admissions interview invitations because she was one of the lucky applicants to receive an invite. CONGRATULATIONS to her and anyone else who has moved to that next step in the application process at the GSB. The key to a successful admissions interview is preparation, so I thought I’d post some tips for the Stanford GSB admissions interview that I put together a while back. I’m hoping that those of you interested in the GSB find these… Read the rest

The article gives a quick rundown of six courses that many alums of Stanford GSB would consider to be “must-have” classes for anyone interested in the school. I took three of the six courses listed in the article and I can verify that they are FANTASTIC! Of the three that I didn’t take, I would give just about anything to be able to go back in time and take two of them. It’s amazing how hindsight is… Read the rest
