As small businesses try to fight the good fight against larger players, they often invest significant funds in trying to mimic practices that those bigger companies employ, particularly when it comes to marketing. New information resource for aspiring MBA applicants

Recently, I was contacted by the team at FindTheBest.com, which offers a collection of comparison tools related to MBA programs. Its site allows visitors to compare general info about academic programs, GMAT prep programs, and even GMAT tutors, all of which could be huge timesavers for folks starting the path toward graduate business education.

Pre-launch start-up looking to connect with business professionals

Recently, I was contacted by the founder of a pre-launch start-up called Flevy, which will be a marketplace for selling formats for business documents. Basically, these formats will be templates that folks can use as a starting point to create their own deliverables without having the reinvent the wheel.
