Hey, everyone. My long-time readers know that I’ve recently been trying to pass along job-related resources as I come across them. I’ve come across a new one that was developed my a good friend of mine that I’ve mentioned on this site before, Jullien Gordon. Jullien is one of my peoples from my time at Stanford GSB and, since earning his MBA in 2007, he has created several projects geared toward leading people to finding their life purposes and using them as guidelines for living. He recently launched a new one with a focus on the job search that is especially timely, given the current economic environment.

Jullien’s new initiative is called the Career Change Challenge and, through this effort, he’s trying to help people to find jobs that will make them feel fulfilled and happy. Currently, he’s got a set of helpful videos on the site to walk people through a series of techniques that can be used to identify the “right” purpose-aligned career path and position them to get job offers for those positions.

As a part of his services, Jullien sends out periodic emails with helpful career resources and I’ve included one of those emails below. In this one, he sent out a list of 428 online job boards, most of which I’d never even heard of before (and I thought I was a monster in the job search resource game).
