Almost exactly a year ago today, I posted an entry to inform you guys about a new blog that my man Jullien from Stanford GSB had started as his way to help people find their purpose in life (Link to that entry). I was initially impressed with Jullien’s blog because he took the approach to actually develop tools to help folks out instead of just responding to emails like me. He’s seriously one of the deepest thinking cats I know and, as a natural entrepreneur, he was destined to come up with MANY ways to affect people’s lives.

Well, as I looked through my archives today, I found that intro post for Jullien’s blog and decided to write this quick entry to encourage people to check his site out. He’s taken his vision and gone WAY further with it in the past 12 months. The most exciting part of his realized vision is a life learning program that he’s developed and has been delivering for a few months now. He calls it the “Driving School for Life” and his concept is to basically help folks jumpstart their lives. Even better, I helped him come up with that catchy title during a conversation at a restaurant in ATL, so I love seeing that he’s implemented it successfully :-)

If you’ve got a few minutes, feel free to check out his blog and prepare to get a few lessons in the process –>Link to Jullien’s blog

    Hi Marquis,

I admire your blog. I probably would have read all entries. I remember reading that you wanted to become a CEO of technology company and thats the reason for MBA with GM focus. Now, I see that you are into PE(Awesome). I always have this question. Does 200K burden after b-school make people to choose the most money making professions? I am an avid reader of bw forums too. Quality of b-school seems to be measured by how many got into PE/VC industry. I am only curious to know.
