What’s up, y’all. I just received word about a new site that one of my college roomies launched with his younger brother called TriviaTown.com. It’s a site with a bunch of cool trivia games across a broad range of topics. If you’ve got some time to kill, feel free to check it out because they’re looking to get feedback from users on how the gameplay is working.

As y’all know, I like spreading the word about things that my peoples do, so here’s the announcement email that my old roomie’s brother sent out about the site:

I probably haven’t seen a lot of you in a little while, and part of the reason is because of this project I’ve been working on which has sucked up all of my time. The good news is, my company has finally released this project today to the public. “What is it?” Well, I’m glad you asked.

TriviaTown is a company that I, and a few friends from school started. As you may have guessed from the name, it’s a website who’ s focus is on Trivia. Sports, Science, Movies, Music… you name it. We’ve opened it up today as a beta trial to see if our system can perform under load. For those of you who take the time to register and play around with it, we have a few prizes up for grabs, including iTunes gift cards, and a Nintendo DS. Don’t worry, we won’t spam or sell your email address, and if we do, you know to turn to and yell at
